How to use the Otovent to pop your ears
Materials needed: A balloon mounted on the plastic tip, a glass of water, patience (it takes some time to get the timing down.)
- Blow the balloon up, and pinch the neck of the balloon to keep the air in
- Put some water in your mouth
- Take a deep breath through your nose, hold your breath
- Put the plastic tip with the balloon on the other end into one nostril, and close the other nostril.
- Swallow the water while releasing the air out of the balloon
Repeat these steps as needed during the day to keep the ears inflated.
