How to use the Otovent to pop your ears

Materials needed: A balloon mounted on the plastic tip, a glass of water, patience (it takes some time to get the timing down.)

  1. Blow the balloon up, and pinch the neck of the balloon to keep the air in

  2. Put some water in your mouth

  3. Take a deep breath through your nose, hold your breath

  4. Put the plastic tip with the balloon on the other end into one nostril, and close the other nostril.

  5. Swallow the water while releasing the air out of the balloon

Repeat these steps as needed during the day to keep the ears inflated.
