Our object in performing Cosmetic Surgery is to create a look that is pleasing and natural. We try to avoid faddish looks, in favor of the principles of classic beauty. All of these patients are mine, and their photos are unretouched. They have all agreed to appear on this website.
Case 1
This very exotic woman is not happy with the bump on her nose. Her upper lip is short, and the nose seems to sink into it.

Note that the oblique view is most like the one that most people see us in. Whoever looks at your profile? You should notice how the appearance of the nose has been improved not only by removing the hump, but also by filling in the portion of the upper lip that supports the nose. We used her own tissue for this.
Case 2
This woman was most unhappy with the ball at the end of her nose.

We reconstructed the entire nasal tip cartilage using her own tissues from her nasal septum. We do not use artificial implants in the nose. Thats partly what caused Michael Jacksons troubles.
Case 3
Men sometimes want to have a nicer nose.

Note that for men, its important to maintain a strong profile for a masculine look.
Case 4
Not all of our cosmetic surgery is noses. This woman is very young looking except around her eyes.

We removed some fat from the lower lids, using an incision hidden on the inner side of the lid. We trimmed the skin of the upper lids as well - all of which gives her a fresher, less tired appearance.
These sisters came to the office for nose work, and were so happy with the result that we took a group picture post-op!
