 Dr. Douglas Mann is the founder of and sole physician at Upper Cape Ear Nose & Throat. A graduate of Yale School of Medicine, he is Board Certified in Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic Surgery. We are proud to have celebrated our 5th anniversary in Falmouth. We want to thank the community for helping to make our practice so successful.
This is a high tech practice infused with old-fashioned values. We enjoy doing what we do and hope you will share in that spirit! Dr. Mann has not waited for Electronic Medical records to be required in physician practices. He recognized the benefits to patients early on, and has a commitment to staying in the vanguard of medical practice. Your referring physician will get a report of your visit with us the same day you are seen. Prescriptions are sent over the internet to your pharmacy. Your records are available to us day or night.
We are happy to announce the addition of our new audiologist, David W. Gager, MS, CCC-A who will be providing comprehensive diagnostic hearing services for adults and children. In association with Northeast Hearing Instruments, he will be able to provide hearing aid fitting for our patients at very competitive prices.
Laurie Raymond, NP, has been with us for well over a year, and brings with her a wealth of experience as an ENT nurse practitioner. She has made it possible for us to keep our waiting times down to reasonable levels.
We provide the full range of services for treatment of Ear, Nose and Throat conditions in adults and children.
- Problems with ears, such as hearing problems, infections, pain and dizziness
- Complete hearing rehabilitation services, including hearing aid fitting, for those with hearing problems
- Problems with the nose, such as blockage, drainage, sinus infections, pain, injuries and appearance issues
- Balloon Sinuplasty, an an endoscopic, catheter-based system for patients suffering from sinusitis
- Snoring and sleep apnea treatment
- Swallowing and voice problems
- Facial Plastic Surgery, with emphasis on Rhinoplasty (cosmetic surgery of the nose) and minimally invasive appearance enhancement with Botox® Cosmetic, Juvederm® and Radiesse®.
- Cosmetic Imaging is offered to help in planning plastic surgery.
